Data & purposes
We will describe which data is actually processed, for example for orders, delivery and customer service, with the purpose and legal basis for each. Orders are processed through Shopify checkout.
Service providers & retention
The payment, delivery and hosting services actually used, recipients, retention periods and any transfers outside the EEA must be inventoried and listed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may, depending on the situation, request access, correction, deletion or transfer of your data and object to or restrict processing. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it. The contact channel for requests will be added. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
