Returns & withdrawal

What you need to know about the cooling-off period, returns and refunds.

In preparation

This information is not final. Missing company and product details will be added.

01

Cooling-off period

For many online consumer purchases in the EU, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies, with legal exceptions. The 30 days mentioned on the product page is a supplied promise whose conditions are still to be confirmed. Statutory rights always apply.

02

Registering a return

The contact channel, return address and registration procedure are still to be added. Do not send anything back before you have received the correct return address. The model withdrawal form will be made available.

03

Return costs & product condition

Who pays the return costs and how products are sent back will be clearly stated. Handle the product with care; legal rules on inspection and any loss of value remain applicable.

04

Refunds

The final refund procedure and applicable legal deadlines will be included in the returns policy. A return is not the same as reporting a defect; see Warranty & complaints for that.
